[VFB] Update concerning Dick Spinn

Jimmy D & Gang, I feel very privileged to have met and fished with Dick last year when I attended the Philmont Scout Ranch Fisheree. Dick & I hit it off right away and enjoyed some good fishing on the Rayado. My heart is saddened and prayers go to out to his wife and family. He will be missed by all who knew him.
