Reuven,
The files you want to find are .pst suffixed for Outlook. Their location in Windows XP should be at (Reuven.R51W6W is your user or PC name):
C:\Documents and Settings\Reuven.R51W6W\LocalSettings\ApplicationData\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook1.pst
AND/OR
C:\Documents and Settings\Reuven.R51W6W\LocalSettings\ApplicationData\Microsoft\Outlook\archive1.pst as examples.
If not there, use the START then SEARCH function with the *.pst as the file(s) to find. Archive.pst files are your normal backups while Outlook.pst files usually are backups if you use Business Manager. Clicking OK everytime the "do you want to archive" box comes up will save your day. I hope you did that or regularly clicked FILE and ARCHIVE.
If still confused, go to http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/FX010857931033.aspx and you'll find more information from there than you care to know. Begin near the top of the page and choose which version you have.
Hope you find it quickly!

To all VFBers:
My outlook files got moved/disappeared (anyone know what to do to find them???) so I have no idea of anyones info nor what I promised them. Please remind me what was due to and to whom. This goes for materials promised and swaps.
Apologies for the trouble caused.
