George; My spam blocker picked up your test and in the preview I got just gibberish in the header. That means you are sending in HTML mode. Even very short messages in HTML are large enough to not make it through the VFB servers size limit. Change your mode ( on the same toolbar as the send button in outlook) to plain text and you should have no problem
