Heck Chuck...put the vest on and start packing!  I had been using a large fanny pack with my hip boots and that seemed to work great.  One trip with a buddy a few weeks back i lost something that was attached to the belt part....a small pack with hemostats and trauma shears, left over from my EMT days!!!!  Couldn't find the small pack and searched both areas, one of which i had to bushwack to get to the river!  So..i bought a new vest and when i'm not tying this winter, will concentrate on loading it.  I plan to get some new chest waders this winter too, so the vest is a shorter version but a good one!

Good Luck!!

Subject: [VFB] Vest Question???

Folks: Long time, no post LOL... I been kinda sick, with my sinuses which always happens first time it turns cold.. Got better, then My Grand Son and Daughter in Law came up this weekend from FL, so had to spoil him while he was up.. Anyway, my wife (Finally LOL) bought me a Fly Fishing Vest... Has 20 or 22 pockets... Is there any guidelines as to what to put in which pockets??? Or is it to each his or her own??? Just wondering cause I have changed the things around about 10 times in two outings I've had with it, trying to get the things I use most (hemostats, nail clippers, reading  glasses, plastic containers of flies.. in the most convenient pockets... Thanks for any tips.... Chuck
