Better than Pop Fleyes. You get several of the best in saltwater tyers patterns and they are really innovative. One thing though... Pop Fleyes shows you how to tie Popovics flies using different techniques, adhesives and silicone. Some of the flies in Innovative saltwater flies may use the same techniques so assuming you already are familiar with using these tricks you shouldn't have a hard time tying the patterns in Innovative saltwater flies. One book is a how to from one very talented tyers perspective and the other book is full of innovative ideas from other tyers but isn't necessarily a how to so you already need to be somewhat knowledgeable in the saltwater tying.
