They also breed in the Derbyshire Wye and a least one other British
river I cann't remember the name of and they do know what a natural
looks like.The any fly comment is true though of the small fishery and
the easy fishing due to the stupid rainbows is why I think its a waste
of time and money.

Agree 90% with the "any fly" comment but sometimes just sometimes
theycan be as
awkward as their wild cousins. They dont take long to get onto natural
food either.

All our rainbows in England are hatchery fish.
They can be caught on all manner of flies and if they have only
been put in the water a day or so before you fish chances are they
wouldnt know a natural fly if bit them on the A`<# E.
