I can't remember where I've seen that before but I've seen that misprint of
Don O's name floating around up here.  So in defense of Mike he may have
picked that up in print somewhere.   I've heard it mispronounced that way
also.  
We will just have to get Don up here more often so he can straighten these
guys out!!!
