The Nor-vise is a spinning vise, as well as true rotary. (Mind you, if it is up to Andy and Lily Renzetti, only their vises are allowed to carry the "true rotary" tag...)
The Nor-vise is also a love it or hate it proposition. Many love it. I do not care for it. Vive la differance ;-)
