DonO: Most crawfish are farm raised in the rice fields
these days. They are pretty good. You just want to stay
away from the imported ones from China. Of course, those
are just tails, so we don't have to worry about them being in a
boil! LOL Had some pretty small ones for the past
few years. Last year however, they were big like in
the past! IIIIIIEEEEEE!
