Recipes and/or pictures?
They are using this for the bruiser trout that you can find on the Manistee River here in Michigan. They have started to tie the Nutcrackers with rabbit stripsI was told....more effective. We'll find out!

Yes, looks like a rabbit strip dahlberg diver with some fancy feathers.
Use is a lot for saltwater fishing.
We tie a mono loop (10# hard mono) on the hook shank first as an antifouling
device and support for the tail. This is for
Hooks at least size #1.

It almost looks like they added a rabbit zonker to the tail of the one
pictured above the recipe. It's a little longer tail.
The group picture of them looks like they have just a marabou and flash
tail.
