Murf, how bout this. Cornbread, in a square pan. (love them corners),
purple hull peas cooked with ham, cream style corn (white corn scraped
off the cob), fresh collards, fried okra, big glass of buttermilk.
Salad - fresh mustard greens with chipped up fried bacon, and a little
hot bacon grease on top. This is without a doubt, my favorite meal.
When I came home on weekends from college, mom always had this meal
ready for me.
