Hence the saying "The sun never sets on the British Empire."  They had to
'go out' for a decent meal, found what they liked, and colonized that
country.  They probably invented 'take-home', to keep the folks happy, too.

I do-do-do like British-style Indian curry- grew up on it, and cook it quite
a lot myself.  Not surprized you can get it in Birmingham.

Any fishing in GB?
