Uh, you could ship it all to my house and I'll give you a fair price? Snicker, snicker

Actually, see if there isn't a local woodworking club in your neck of the woods. Once upon a time I belonged to one here. Check at your local Woodcraft or Shopsmith store or specialty lumber yard if there is one; they'd be able to direct you. They might even know him there and be willing to help you find homes, or at least determine fair value. Wish you weren't so far from me 'cause there's a couple of things I'm looking for.

There's always fleabay. Get a brand and model number for something. From ebay home, go to advanced search and use "completed listings only". This will tell you what similar items went for.

My wife and has met an older woman whose husband was a very skilled
woodworker. Over the course of probably 30 years, her husband has
accumulated a workshop which literally fills his garage and a storage shed.
Every conceivable power tool and hand tool can be found. My wife
volunteered my services to help dispose of the tools, nuts and bolts,
screws, clamps etc. that number in the thousands.

There are several table saws, drill presses, belt sanders and other tools
that I cannot recognize. Between the hand tools , drill bits, chisels,
carving pieces, sockets etc., I easily guess that there are upwards of six
to 10,000 individual pieces.
Does anyone have anyone suggestions as to how I might help this woman sell
this remarkable collection ? Any suggestions would be appreciated !!

Thanks.
