I'v been trying to find it on the internet, but no luck yet.

When I fished along the pilings and rip-rap along the gulf coast (previous life), the shoreline was covered with bugs that looked like silverfish, bit they were large and flat with very wide heads and pronounced appendages.  They seemed to be either fully aquatic or able to live in both environments.

Does anyone (Ginger?) know what these are, and are they good fish food?  Has anyone ever used these as live bait, or is there a fly pattern to imitate them?

There`s a fine line between fishing and just standing on the shore like an idiot....
