THere's a reservoir close by there that is a 'world class carp fishery'.
Really, it's been hit by many of the big names.  THe grass carp there grow
to very respectable sizes and are like bonefish for wariness.  And I hear
they fight very well, making it a worthwhile investment.  I can't remember
the name, but I read an article that showed it was just like bonefishing the
flats.

Maybe close enough to sneak out at night? Ill be staying at the Phoenix Biltmore (not my choice ;-) ). I've contacted Alan Di Somma, through Alan Fish, who lives in Phoenix, and it looks like we'll go fishing on Sunday.

Have you decided whether you'll come to the SPring Fly Fishing show yet? The site for the November show is still down, so I fear that it will be a 'no-show'.

Cheers

Henk
