I got my copy from Bears Den in three days. They had three copies. Paul tells me he has no more signed copies. He sent me a signed plate to put in the book. He referred me to a place in N.Y. Deb put me on to Bears Den. Contact me off list for the phone # or I am sure Deb can give it to you also. Thanks again Deb. Tony
