Larry,
 They are just a bit lighter than the Copper CP
Chenille. I found the trout just don't care. I have
taken over 40 Smallmouths on the pepper this year
along with a lot of big gills. I have taken a lot of
trout on the pepper since the biginning of March up
until the rains came about two weeks ago. have not
been on the river or the Creek since then.
