I would like to but I want a good one and I cant fork over the funds right now all these summer sports and going it about to break me.

So get yourself a rotary vice and pass yours on down to him.  He may value 
it even more since he knows it was yours (and that, someday, he'll get your 
starter rotary when you move farther up.)
