Try crawfish patterns now that they're
there.
Boil your crawfish using Zatarain's boil
seasoning (the bag kind)- use recipes found on internet for Louisiana or
Cajun boiled seafood.
You'll need a few pounds to make it worth your
while. The bigger the better, too.

I have been catching signal crayfish
that are invading our waters here in England.
Now can anyone give me a good recipe to try
