Chuck, the mono is clear, it picks up the color of the thread wraps on the
hook. Whatever color thread you use will reflect into the mono, especially
after you coat it with the Sallies, or epoxy. If that makes sense.

Jimi: I'm a "rookie" tier, but it looks great to me.. Specially with your
hand problems..I think it would catch trout or panfish.. You say the body
is
10 pound monofilament.. I can't see how that is done.. What looks like the
mono to me looks red in color.. Is that correct??If so, did you color
it???
I'd like to try my hand at tying this one..as i THINK I have all the
parts,
but chartreuse hackle, but I have colors i may be able to sub that are
