I've thought that very thing myself - however, I think there's a rule
against using fly-rods. They must know that there's an advantage to
using a fly rod. Either that or they're afraid of learning how to
cast one. I taught myself how to cast a bait-caster reel and a fly
rod in the same summer. If I can do that, anyone can .
