I do not. The only real danger here in the California central valley is from the two-legged types and most folks frown on outright shooting them.
However, when I went fishing in Alaska (near Fairbanks) two years ago, the friend of my sister who took me and who fishes all the time there says he always carries a pistol. I dont recall what caliber it was.
