[VFB] Question about Sowbug for Tony

Folks: I'm asking Tony this question on list as I figured others may have this 
same question.. Tony, what is the deal on getting an Arkansas  temp fishing 
license for fishing while at Sowbug... Alabama will give you a 7 or 10 day 
license for about $12 I think..Doe sit work like that there??? Thanks, Chuck
