Non-resident 3 day is $11 and 7 day is $17. You also must have a trout stamp, which runs $12. I get the annual non-resident for $40 since I am down there 2-3 times a year. After I buy my Kansas resident for $20 and a Missouri non-resident, I'm over $100 in license fees, not counting what it costs if I head out west for a week. The best deal is the Yellowstone NP fishing license at $10 for 10 days. To keep this in perspective, all the money spent on these user fees is about the cost of 2-3 rounds of golf. It works out to a few bucks per day on the water.
