Correct, my best friend and fellow fly fisher and Scout Executive with
the BSA, was instrumental in getting BSA National to see the "light".
He also helped write the FFMB book. It incorportes all aspects of fly
fishing and fly tying. When a Scout completes the requirements for the
badge, he is well grounded in the fundamentals of fly fishing / tying.
