Hey Chuck, I use spray paint,,,primer white first the whatever color I need,,,usually red, yellow or black. For the pupils I use black model paint,,,you know , those small little jars that we can never open and have to use pliers. I think Testers is the brand. On those other barbell eyes (the brass and silver ones)I just use nail polish, Brucci is a good in-expensive brand. I do have those dipping powders for bucktail heads, but the eyes are to small for that. Ray
