Ian, These are really hard to find and when you do, they are costly. I paid around 50.00 for mine a number of years ago. I think Helen Shaw's book is one of the older books that was reprinted and sold for around 20.00. I have one of the originals and the reprint. It is all basics the way we tied back then.
