Chuck

It is the end of summer in Perth, still 35 degrees this week which is better
than the snow we might get in England next week.

Ok, I may be able to put you in touch with a guy who knows about fly
fishing in Oz - drop me an e-mail if you want.

I had an excellent day after carp on the fly last year and had them to
over 20lb.Much betterthan trout IMO.

          Hi Brian,
Careful with the laws regarding returning carp in Australia...

I decided to go and see my mate who was fishing on Thursday and
being a nice day here in England I thought I would take the fly rod just in
case the carp were up on the surface, well they were and in an hour and a half
I had six the smallest about 3lb and the best one going 15lb all taken on a
deer hair fly clipped to look like a small dog biscuit.
I am still reliving that fish as it,s my best Carp on the fly so
far.

I am off to Australia on Sunday for 3 weeks to see my son and of
course get some fishing in at the same time.( Perth )
