Hey Jerry, seems like Enrico has kept his methods pretty close to his
vest. I remember watching him tie perhaps 20 years ago, and still have
the fly he tied, but I checked all my resources and nobody mentions how
to tie his flies.

Might I suggest the obvious solution -- buy a couple of each pattern and
reverse engineer them. Of course one does need to be using his materials
(or at least a good substitute for EP Fibre)!

That's not all he seems to keep to himself, I tried twice now to contact him
thru emails,,,he doesn't reply or probably can't be bothered with the "little
people" anymore. I remember when he had his shop in Little Neck and now I
guess he's "up there" with all the "biggies". I just wanted to get some of his
1minute and 30 minute epoxy. But maybe instead of trying again to get in touch
with him, I'll start using rod finishing epoxy on my flies. I know the 5 minute
stuff yellows so that's out. Rod finishing works good, which is what I use to
use. Byard doesn't carry EP epoxy anymore and really if this guy can't be
bothered answering emails then I really can't be bothered using or recommending
his stuff either. As for his flies and materials, I'm quite sure there are much
better tiers in this group and materials can be substituted that are just as
good as EP's.
