Tony: Your name seems familiar. I was on the list for a bit right after Byard started the VFB and just signed back up last year when I finally broke down and brought a computer for home. Just curious where in Northern Ontario you live. I've spent a week each year for the last 20 at a lodge on Lady Evelyn Lake. The last 5 I've been trying to catch a walleye on a fly rod. Any suggestions on tactics or flies would be appreciated. I'm usually there in mid to late July when the walleye are in 15 to 25 feet of water and I always miss the Hex hatch.
