Hello Jerry
I live about 30 miles south of North Bay. I believe Lady Evelyn is about 2
hours north of there. I haven't targeted walleye amny times, but when I have
was either during the big mayfly hatches (hex and great green drakes) but
usually do best with just a full sinking line and minnow or leech imitations.
Email my home account and I'll help you out more if I can or maybe we can get
together for a fish. email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Tony: Your name seems familiar. I was on the list for a bit
right after Byard started the VFB and just signed back up last year when I
finally broke down and brought a computer for home. Just curious where in
Northern Ontario you live. I've spent a week each year for the last 20 at a
lodge on Lady Evelyn Lake. The last 5 I've been trying to catch a walleye on a
fly rod. Any suggestions on tactics or flies would be appreciated. I'm
usually there in mid to late July when the walleye are in 15 to 25 feet of
water and I always miss the Hex hatch.
