Thanks Rodney
Great input, if I decide to get some stuuded soles, you have given me some
food for thought.

 Jim,
I've owned "Korkers" for SEVERAL years now and I've had absolutely no
problem with them. I love em. I use the "studded felt" soles and I've used
the same set of soles for going on two years now and I fish pretty much all
year long up here on the San Juan River. Yes, the studs are getting a
little on the worn side and I probably will break down and get a new set
this fall, but they still do the trick and I've had no problem on "REALLY"
slick, mossy rocks in some knee, to waist deep FAST water. I like the
versatility of the interchangeable soles, to which I can change soles from
hiking to and from the river, whereas non-interchangeable soles once they're
worn out you have to purchase totally new boots.
