Tony: No.. I'll take ya a pic.. These are TINY little coiled loops, and one
end is closed. You tie that end to tippet, or to the end of a tapered
leader. You "clip" the other end through the eye of the hook on the fly..
They are sooo tiny I think my dry flies will still float.. I'll be lucky
(even with 3X reading glasses) to be able to tie them onto the leader/tippet

Are these the little rings that have a shaft with
barbs on them that stick inti the fly line. If so, I
have had a number of them break at the ring loosing my
bass bugs. If I can find the rest of what I have, you
