Well OK, but as long as I have some "Wabbit Stwips" I'm trying to come up with a good bluegill recipe(s) that uses rabbit in ways other that cutting it up and dubbing with it, or using long strips. I always get those strips too long for bluegills, but if I cut em too short, I have no "hide" to tie to the hook shank and it ends up just being a soft tail.. Anybody got any ideas??? Thanks, Chuck

You're hurting Buggs' feelings. He's a white rabbit. Go ask Alice. I think she'll know. Please use fox tail. Great colored guard hairs and thick underfur. Just perfect. Boycott rabbit. Chuck ----- Original Message ----- From: Jerry Goldsmith Listers, I am tying a fly that calls for a wing of white rabbit fur and then a second wing in front of the first, that is brown rabbit fur. I have the brown rabbit fur, I do not have any white. What is the best substitute fur the white rabbit fur. I have white raccoon tail and white marabou. An additional question is, once having substituted for the white fur do I then mix the two materials or should I tie both wings out of the same material. jg ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ No virus found in this incoming message.
