The southern part of Germany is expecting a

flood. We have tons of rain here, in some areas we had 10% of the anual
amount of rain within 24 hours.
The athorities are evacuating campgrounds near to the Rhine, in the
southern part of the country they stopped the navy.
Cologne looks fine till now, we have raising water level as well, but we
are some 300 miles from the worse area and here is more space for the
body of water.
At least it stops my fishing.
