OK, I have what I'd call a nice "prize" that will go to somebody in this swap.. I'm trying to think of a good, fair way to award it. I think I have seen swaps where the first to get their flies in wins it, but I don't want ppl to rush their flies just to get a prize.. I'm thinking maybe I'll pick a color (And I'll be excluded of course LOL), and I will tell that color to a person on the list who everybody respects,who does not sign up for the swap that color, then they can reveal it after all flies are in. Or, I'm open to any better idea of a god way to pick a winner if anybody has any ideas???? Thanks, Chuck
