All joking aside, I have 1 more fly to finish up for Rick's "woven" fly
swap, so hopefully they'll be in tomorrow's mail... or saturday's, being
realistic with the work schedule...
SOooo... in light of the current tying room becoming the nursery (and my
desire to put off the inevitable as long as possible - due date is April
4th, so I should start April 3rd, right?) I think I can tie up a dozen or so
flies for this swap. Being honest, it likely won't be anything fancy... but
it'll fall under the swap theme and will be far more technical than a San
Juan worm...
I'm not certain what I'll tie, but I'm thinking it will be a foam-based
terrestrial from a new book I was recently gifted (Tying flies with Foam,
Fur, and Feathers)... I've been hankerin' to tie a nifty beetle pattern in
there...
Long story longer, COUNT ME IN CHUCK.
Thanks in advance,
