From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]: [EMAIL PROTECTED]: [VFB] Royal WolfDate: Wed, 2 Jan 2008 20:32:00 -0600 Folks: I plan to tie the Royal Wolf in the "Fly I have never Tied Before" swap I'm meistering. I went to a local shop today and picked up the red floss and the #10 hooks I plan to tie them on, and now I have all the materials.. Anybody have any last parting words of wisdom on how to tie this fly correctly, tie it right, or just plain tie it???? Thanks for any tips. Don O.. I'm gonna TRY to "rope dub" in the peacock herl so wish Me luck LOL...Or at least spin the thread through/around the herl, and wrap it that way for a tighter fit on the herl not coming loose.. Oh, and I stopped at the boat ramp at the Watershed I normally fish and the water is only 8 inches or so below normal, up from the 28-30 inches from the last time I fished there about 6 weeks or so ago..Chuck _________________________________________________________________ Share life as it happens with the new Windows Live. http://www.windowslive.com/share.html?ocid=TXT_TAGHM_Wave2_sharelife_122007
