Not that I'm aware of.  The nice thing about that site is the detail each of 
the steps goes into.  The awkward part is there are so many steps.  So an FAOL 
or other more consolidated page would print better, but might not give you the 
detail.
 
To answer your other question, for the swap I would worry more about the color 
of the materials than getting them "right".  As you pointed out, depending on 
the pattern recipe you use there will be different materials listed.  So for 
the wings, either white calf tail or calf body hair will work, neatly stacked 
and evenly divided.  The body hair, which is straighter, will stack easier, but 
either could be "correct".  Same for the tail.  I think moose hair is the most 
commonly called for, but dark brown deer or elk hair will work, too.  For a fly 
to fish, just getting close usually works.  The fish don't care as much as 
tiers do :)
