Well, the MSI stuff for my Nvidia card (a GTX-1050) didn't work. I ran
the Assassin's Creed Odyssey in-game benchmark and after a few seconds
of good performance the whole VM froze.

The MSI mod for the audio didn't crash, but also didn't seem to improve
anything. Also, I use virt-manager so not sure how to add those qemu
command-line options.
