Dear Alexey - I agree with Andrew that the frame rates referenced in BT.2020 Table 2 are representative of the fractional frame rates in use and should be included into the draft-ietf-netvc-requirements.

Alternatively, any frame-rate higher than 60fps could be placed into the section 3.2.1 as an optional requirement.
