o FWIW, I'm have a 67016 working reasonably well.  I can't see
  anything obviously wrong in your setup.

o I used `caminfo` from the camstream package

o Especially at its highest (800x600) resolution, the camera *is*
  slow.  It's largely a function of USB bandwidth as I understand it.
