Try card=54 and report ("dmesg|grep bttv").

There are 3 bt878 variants:
2000S (with huckepack stereo module), probably sold at some time as "3000",too.
2000 stereo by tda9820 or tda9821 (sold by other names too, e.g. Aldi MD/LT9415)
2000 mono
Furthermore the new models are with saa7130.
