I get the fallowing when running it manually:

# v4l-conf
WARNING: remote display `localhost:10.0' not allowed, using `:10.0' instead
can't open x11 display :10.0

It seems to be that there's better support for TV tuners then there is for
composite video capture.  My Co-worker here is much better at programming
then I, so he's going to look through the code and see what the differences
are.
