Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 XP NTSC

I've got a Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 XP for NTSC. I found a message in an earlier thread where someone was having problems where the tuner is getting recognized as type 5 (Philips PAL_BG). I'm having the same problem. It works, after a fashion, but the channels are 1 off (you have to tune to channel 3 to watch channel 2), and the fine tuning is off.

The thread never went anywhere, having only 2 messages, with the second being a request to peel away the Leadtek sticker and finding out what sort of tuner it really was. I've done that, and it appears to be Philips FM1236/PH, but it was just on a paper sticker that was somewhat damaged.

Is there any chance of getting this card working?
