fbtv+voodoo3=troubles

I have serious problems when running fbtv on voodoo3 native framebuffer.
It works, but sometimes hangs all system (real hang - sysrq/gpm don't work).
I don't know is it problem with bttv or tdfxfb - frambuffer without bttv
and bttv without fb works ok :-) Do you know what can be wrong?
