I have a OV511 based web cam, and I have gleaned code from wherever possible
to see how to read it.
Its functional, but the performance is lousy. In 640 - 480 mode I get ~1
picture a second. 320 x 240 ~3.5 fps.
The windows software performs much better.
I've tried both file IO and mmap, but I get about the same results.
Has anyone got this working better? Hints?
I'll gladly share my simple little viewer I wrote from Nano-x.
