I am running kernel 2.4.1 with bttv 0.7.56. My tuner card is an ixMicro
TurboTV; video card is an original Matrox Millennium 2MB PCI. Whenever
I run 'vcr', the entire machine hangs forcing a cold boot. I can run
xawtv for long periods without a hint of trouble.
As I have never diagnosed a bttv problem before, I am not sure which
information to provide. If anybody can offer any assistance as to how
to pinpoint this problem, I'd be happy to do whatever I can to help.
