What is bad with card=0 (aka "unknown") for random, unnamed cards?
This one with pll=xx and tuner=xx should be able to make all cheap
bt878 boards work unless they need some special audiomux setup
to get sound out of it. In the later case bttv should get a specific
entry for that card with working gpiomask + audiomux values.
