No. First, the name is not "KWorld 878FBK" but something else which looks
like it is supported to be a more generic thing. Second, the comments seem
to indicate that the pll + tuner settings to *not* match your card. If
you are going to build a entry for *your* card, why not fill in the working
PLL_28 instead of PLL_NONE?
